How It Works
1. First Visit: Consultation & Planning
Meet Dr. Cohen and the team. We’ll take a CT scan, review your health history, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and budget.
2. Preparing for Surgery
If you need extractions, we’ll schedule them ahead or do them the same day as your implant placement. Four implants will be placed in precise positions to support your new smile.
3. Healing Period
Implants will fuse with your jawbone over the next few months (called osseointegration). You’ll be on a soft diet and return for quick check-ups. Most patients heal in about 3 months.
4. Your New Smile
Once healed, we’ll place your final set of beautiful, custom teeth designed just for you. These permanent teeth are strong, natural-looking, and built to last.
5. Long-Term Care
Maintain your new smile with daily care and regular checkups. Dr. Cohen and his staff will guide you on how to keep your implant-supported teeth clean and healthy.
